What is the required length of stay at our villa?
Guests can stay for a minimum of 7 nights and can stay as long as they wish.
How many guests can reside in the villa?
The rates quoted on exclusivehaven.com are quoted for 8 guests; however the villa can sleep a maximum of 12 guests. Kindly get in touch with us for more information.
What time is check-in?
Check-in time at Villa Aurelia is at 16:00 on arrival date. If no one is vacating the Property the morning you arrive, you may be able to check in before 4pm. Please confirm your check-in time with Exclusive Haven before your arrival date.
In the event that someone has just vacated the Property the morning you arrive, we will do our best to help you settle in as soon as possible. The latest possible check-in time is 4 pm. Our drivers will come for you at the airport at your arrival time and they will bring you to the villa. We will meet you at the Villa to allow you to drop off your luggage and then take you to the village centre. When the Villa will be fully prepared for your arrival we will come back for you for your check-in.
If you would like to guarantee that the property is completely cleaned and ready for an early morning arrival, we suggest you reserve the Villa starting the day before your arrival.
What time do we have to check-out?
Our official check-out time is 10:00. We can occasionally accommodate late check-outs if we do not have any guests checking-in on the same day. We will always allow you to store your luggage in the property until later in the day.
When is peak season and low season?
Our peak season is June to September, whilst January and February are typically the low season.

Do we have to pay a security deposit? Can we use a credit card or cheque?
A £500 or €500 security deposit is required to be paid upon arrival in CASH, and returned to you after your holiday has ended.
How can we secure our booking?
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is to be settled 8 weeks prior to arrival. This deposit is non-refundable.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children and babies are welcome at Exclusive Haven, and the villa is fully equipped with baby and child essentials including cot upon request. We can even provide babysitting services should you require them.
Are pets welcome?
Due to the consideration of future guests with allergies or animal-related illnesses, pets or not permitted in Exclusive Haven. Guide dogs for site and hearing are permitted; however, you must receive prior written consent from us.
